"The service was amazing. However, some of the incense won't burn all the way through, I find myself having to relight them. this is the first time I experienced this. For example, a couple of the long stem strawberry felt a little damp when I pulled them out of the tube, so I had to light them a couple of times to get them burn all the way through, this was the same for the a couple of the small ones as well. I just might have to get use this process as I usually burn the oils and incenses are new to me. Also, I found if I let the incense layout for a little bit no problem full a single burn. I love them all!!!"
