Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During sales or high-volume periods (e.g., Memorial Day Sale), please allow up to 5 business days for order processing.

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS but reserve the right to use other carriers when necessary.

Once your package has been picked up by the carrier and scanned, you’ll receive tracking details via email or you can check your order details in your account.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after shipping to update in the carrier’s system.

If your package shows as “delivered” but you haven't received it, we recommend:

Waiting until the end of the day.

Checking with neighbors or around your property.

Contacting your local post office.

If it still has not arrived 24 hours after the scan, please contact us for support at support@bluntpower.com.

If you purchased from Amazon, please direct all return/refund requests to Amazon Customer Support or through your Amazon account in the order section. Check “Sold by” and “Shipped by” on your order details to confirm the seller.
- We cannot process returns or exchanges for items not sold directly by BluntPower.

International shipping is available for Canada ONLY.

Shipping is calculated at checkout which is a flat rate of $5.99 for domestic order and $19.99 for International.Â

Free Shipping is applied on domestic orders over $39.00 USD.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products.

Products must be returned in original packaging with packing slip.Â

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

Overly used sprays, incense sticks are non-returnable.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

If you're unsatisfied with a scent and would like an exchange:

We'll initiate an evaluation request and provide instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once approved, we’ll process your exchange.
- You may be asked to choose a replacement scent at that time.

đź’Ą Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

If your item arrives visibly damaged, please email us:

Photos and/or videos of the damaged packaging and product. Please note that if there is no evidence provided we’ll be unable to assist you with a resolution.

We'll work with you to send a replacement or provide a resolution.

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate before completing your order. We are not liable for any orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

If your order is still in "Pending Fulfillment" status, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact us immediately with the correct details.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.

In such cases, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier to:

Inquire about options to redirect the package to the correct address.
