"Hello, I have ordered from your company several times and I have never had an issue. My most recent order, however, has been disappointing. . I had to return six bottles of the air fresheners. Your representative sent me a prepaid label. I have tried at least a dozen time to find out the status on the return but to no avail. I even left several messages. I was persistent because I wanted to use the air fresheners as stocking stuffers for Christmas. . I have given up on that idea. So please check into this and hopefully I will get my order completed sometime soon. . Thank you."
