Decent Product but Shady Company. . .

"TL;DR: you're out of luck if THEY mess up your order. I ordered eight items as a gift but later discovered that one of the items was incorrect (they shipped Black Rain instead of Rainfall). I sent them an email to inform them and they requested a photograph. That insulting request should've tipped me off. I would gladly return for an exchange, but they immediately imply they're customers are lying (even though they send out silly emails about their fulfillment person messing up). After traveling to get to the product (it was a gift), I sent them the photo and they replied that it was outside their return window, but they would try to see if they could make an exception. I waited for a response, got none, and sent them a follow up, to which they basically replied too bad, so sad. It wasn't my fault that THEY messed up. Now they won't do anything to help. No replacement, no even exchange, no discount for the future. THEY WERE FINE KEEPING 100% OF MY MONEY FOR 87. 5% OF MY ORDER. I'm only asking that they provide what I actually ordered. It was delivered 09/08/25 and I hit them up 10/09/25. They should provide their customers more than one month to attempt to correct their own mistakes."
